How long we keep information
We only keep personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purpose it was collected.
Enquiry and contact form data - retained for up to 12 months from the point of last contact, or until the enquiry is resolved, whichever comes first.
Client data (including contracts, briefs, and correspondence) — retained for 6 years from the end of the working relationship, in line with HMRC requirements and standard limitation periods for contract disputes.
Financial records (invoices, payments) — retained for 6 years in line with HMRC obligations.
Event and workshop registrations — retained for 12 months after the event date.
Email list subscribers — retained until you unsubscribe or request removal.
Competition entrants (Just Write) — entry data retained for 12 months after results are published, then securely deleted.
Once the relevant retention period has passed, personal information is securely deleted or anonymised.
