Creative Writing Club @ Pocket Cafe Bar

£12.00

Where: Pocket Cafe Bar, 98 Paradise St, Liverpool L1 4AA
Upcoming Dates: Thursday 3rd July (6pm - 8pm)

Whatever happened to that creative spark? You get busy, routines take over, suddenly you’re bogged down in ‘life’ and that masterpiece you always said you were going to write has been banished to the depths of your subconscious, destined to never make it past being a fleeting thought in the shower.

But why should it be? Creativity isn’t a luxury - it’s an outlet. It’s something we all need more of. A way to express, release frustration, process thoughts, and bring a little more colour to everyday life.

Our monthly Creative Writing Club is set to be a relaxed, welcoming space to get those words out and express yourself. Whether you’ve been writing for years or have never put pen to paper before. You don’t need to be a writer or have any experience, just a curiosity to explore where your creativity can take you.

Your ticket includes:

  • Your first drink (tea, coffee, or a soft drink)

  • A welcoming writing session with guided prompts and warm-up exercises

  • Space to write freely, get inspired, share ideas and receive feedback (if you want to)

  • Personal support on your project, or to get you writing and embracing your creativity

  • A whole month of daily writing prompts to take away and keep you going

  • An optional 15-minute 1:1 follow-up call

  • Access to a supportive community of fellow writers

Creativity shouldn’t be something we grow out of, or don’t make time for.

Join us between 6-8pm with your pen and notebook (or your laptop), your ideas, an open mind, and reconnect with that spark.

Please note that this is an in-person event.
